摘要
目的 :观察人工晶体植入术后角膜水肿的发生情况。方法 2 36眼术后第一天起于裂隙灯下行眼部连续观察。结果 角膜发生不同程度的水肿 14 2眼 ( 6 0 .17% ) ,其中 2级 119眼 ;3级 19眼 ;4级 4眼。结论 手术器械对角膜机械性刺激是角膜水肿的主要原因 。
Objective: To observe the condition of corneal edema After intraocular lens implantation.Methods: All of 236 eyes with IOL were examined continuously by slitlamp Microscope at one day postoperatively.Results: 142 eyes(60.17%) have been corneal edema in varying degrees aften operation. Of these,119 eyes with 2 degrees corneal edema;19 eyes with 3 degrees corneal edema;4 eyes with 4 degrees corneal edema.Conclusions: bring about the mainly causes of corneal edema were that operative apparatus injured corneal endothelium.The use of viscoelastics could protect or reduce injury of corneal endothelium during operation.
