摘要
目的探讨青光眼小梁切除术后白内障患者,采用颞侧巩膜隧道切口行白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术的方法及效果。方法对青光眼小梁切除术后43例(46眼)白内障患者,采用颞侧巩膜隧道切口行白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术。术后随访3～12个月,观察术后视力、眼压、滤过泡等眼部情况,评价其疗效。结果43例(46眼)术后视力均有不同程度提高,有效保留了原有功能性滤过泡,眼压控制在正常范围。结论采用颞侧巩膜隧道切口行白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术是治疗青光眼小梁切除术后白内障的有效方法,可在提高视力的同时保持原有滤过泡功能。
Objective To observe the effect of extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation through temple side sclera tunnel incision for cataract after trabeculectomy. Methods 43 cases（46 eyes） underwent extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation through temple side sclera tunnel incision.During follow-up 3 to 12 month, postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure （IOP） and filtering bleb were observed. Results All cases had functional filtering blebs, different degree vision improvement and satisfied IOP. Conclusion Extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation through temple side sclera tunnel incision was a kind of effective method treating cataract after trabeculectomy.
