摘要
目的 :建立自身免疫性白内障动物模型 ,为今后白内障病因研究以及临床预防和治疗提供必需条件。方法 :采用同种晶状体抗原免疫家兔 ;观察血清特异性抗体水平 ,晶状体病理和裂隙灯下晶状体形态学变化以及视觉电生理改变。结果 :实验组动物血清特异抗体水平明显升高 ,经统计学处理有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;部分动物出现晶状体混浊和免疫原性病理损伤以及视觉电生理异常。结论 :同种晶状体抗原免疫可造成眼部白内障样病变 ,即制成了可供进一步研究利用的自身免疫性白内障动物模型。
Objective:To establish cataract animal models induced by immunity of isologous lens antigens for future investigation.Methods:20 rabbits were divided into 2 groups. In group A, rabbits were immunized with isologous lens antigens(IL Ags),+CFA while in group B rabbits were injected with PBS+CFA. The levels of special antibodies against IL Ags, histopathology of eyes, lens opacity under slit lamp microscope, and electroretinogram(ERG) were observed.Results:Of 8 animals in group A, levels of antibodies against IL Ags rose with lens opacity, histo pathological lesions and abnormal ERG.Conclusion:Animal models with cataract formation induced by immunity of isologous lens antigens provides clinical basis for further researchs. The successful rate of cataract animal model was 40% in this experiment.
