摘要
根据大鼠肝再生增强因子 (Augmenterofliverregeneration ,ALR)cDNA序列设计特异性引物 ,采用多聚酶链反应 (PCR)法自Wistar大鼠基因组DNA中扩增出大鼠ALR基因组DNA ,全长为 15 0 8nbp ,结构为 3个外显子和 2个内含子 ,外显子长度分别为 18bp、197bp和 16 3bp ,各编码 6个、6 4个和 5 5个氨基酸残基 ,长度与小鼠、人类ALR的外显子一致。
