摘要
目的 探讨大鼠中缝大核 (NRM )内神经降压素 (NT)在电针镇痛中的作用 ,分析内源性NT和 5 HT在电针镇痛中作用的相互关系。方法 以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度 (mA)为痛反应指标 ,测定动物痛阈 ,观察中缝大核内神经降压素对痛和电针镇痛的影响。结果 大鼠中缝大核内微量注射神经降压素后 ,大鼠电针镇痛的效应明显增加 ;注入抗神经降压素血清或NT拮抗剂后 ,大鼠电针镇痛效应则明显降低。大鼠中缝大核内注入噻庚啶后 ,可阻断NT电针镇痛的效应。结论 大鼠中缝大核内的神经降压素在电针镇痛复杂病理生理过程中发挥着重要作用 ,至少其部分效应可能是通过内源性 5 HT系统中介的。
Objective: To study the effect of neurotensin(NT) on electroacupuncture analgesia in nucleus raphe magnus(NRM) of rats and its relation to endogenous 5 hydroxytryptamine(5 HT) Methods: The potassium iontophoresis induced tail flicks was used to measure the pain threshold (PH) The effect of NT, anti NT serum (ANTS), NT and Cyproheptadin, which were injected into NRM on the electroacupuncture analgesia in the rats, was investigated in the study Results: Neurotensin administration induced an enhancement of electroacupuncture analgesia Injection of ANTS or NT reduced the electroacupuncture analgesia significantly Furthermore, pre injection of Cyproheptadin into NRM could weaken analgesia effect of NT Conclusion: These results indicate that NT in NRM of rats is involved in electroacupuncture analgesia and the effect of NT may be partly conducted by endogenous 5 HT
