摘要
目的 :观察向中缝大核 (NRM)内微量注射催产素 (OT)对大鼠痛阈的影响 ,探讨中缝大核内OT在痛行为调制中的作用。方法 :以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度 (mA)为痛行为反应的指标 ,观察向NRM内注射催产素 (OT)对大鼠痛行为反应的影响。结果 :NRM内注入OT后 ,大鼠的痛阈明显增加 ,并在一定范围内呈明确的剂量 -效应关系。结论 :NRM内的OT在痛觉调制的复杂过程中发挥着一定作用。
Objective:To study the effect of oxytocin(OT) on pain threshold in nucleus raphe magnus(NRM).Methods:The potassium iontophoresis induced tail-flick was used to measure the pain threshold.Results:OT injected into NRM induced a enhancement of pain threshold.These effects were dose-dependent within the range of 1ng to 4.0ng.Conclusions:These data suggest that OT in NRM plays an importment role in the algesia adjustion.
