摘要
目的:考察天麻提取物对活性氧自由基致红细胞(RBC)膜过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:采用2种活性氧产生体系诱发红细胞膜损伤模型,并以此实验模型考察其对兔RBC膜损伤的影响。结果:天麻提取物(25,50,100 g·L^(-1))能明显抑制邻苯三酚自氧化体系中O_2^-的产生(P<0.01);能显著抑制H_2O_2诱发膜脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)的生成(P<0.01)。结论:天麻对活性氧自由基诱导的RBC膜过氧化损伤有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the protective effect of Gastrodia extract (GE) on red blood cell (RBC) membrane damages by active oxygen radicals. METHODS The model of RBC membrane damage induced by using two active oxygen free radicals production system was used. RESULTS GE could significantly inhibit the superoxide anion (·O2- ) production generated by pyroallic acid system and decrease the content of MDA of the lipid perioxidation damage induced by H2O2. CONCLUSIONS GE can prevent lipid perioxidation in RBC membrane damage induced by active free radicals.
