摘要
目的:采用分光光度法测定了六种维药提取液对羟自由基和超氧阴离子的清除作用。方法:对羟自由基的清除率采用H2O2/Fe2+体系,对超氧阴离子的清除率采用邻苯三酚自氧化体系,并对文献进行了修正。结果:表明这几种维药均具有一定清除羟自由基和超氧阴离子的能力。
The scavenging activity of several uighur traditional medicine to oxygen free radical was determined by UV spectrophotometry.Method The extent of·OH activity was measured by the phenan-throlene-Fe2＋ system,and ·O-2 activity by the pyrogallol auto-oxidant system,and moreover,the literature method are improved.Result The results showed that the several uighur traditional medicine in the study all show different antioxidant activities.
