摘要
目的 :探讨苓桂术甘汤对免疫功能低下模型小鼠的免疫调节作用机制。方法 :近交系昆明种小鼠以环磷酰胺 (Cy ,80mg·kg- 1 ,ip ,qd× 1)诱导免疫功能低下模型 ,用苓桂术甘汤 (42 90、2 4 4 5、4 2 9g·kg- 1 )连续灌胃 (ig)给药 10d ,分别采用间接免疫荧光法和小鼠胸腺细胞氚标胸腺嘧啶核苷 (3H TdR)掺入法检测T细胞亚群及IL 2活性。结果 :苓桂术甘汤 (42 90g·kg- 1 )能明显提高Cy所致免疫抑制模型小鼠T细胞总数、L3t4 + 、Lyt2 + 细胞百分率及L3t 4 + Lyt2 + 比值 ,纠正T细胞亚群紊乱 ,明显增加IL 2活性 ,与Cy模型组比较具有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :苓桂术甘汤对Cy模型小鼠免疫功能的改善作用与其促进TH细胞功能、恢复T细胞亚群的比例、增强IL 2活性有关。
Objiecteve:To study Immunoregulating mechanism of Lingguizhugan Decoction on immunosuppression in mice.Methods:The immunosuppressed mice were induced by cyclophoamide (Cy),80mg·kg -1 ,ip,qd×1.Lingguizhugan Decoctine (42.90,21.45,4.29g·kg -1 ,ig,qd×10) were administrated for immunosuppressed mice.Then the T-lymphocyte subset and activity of interleukin-2(IL-2) were measured by indirect immunofluorescence and thymus cells intermingled 3H-TdR.Ressults:Lingguizhugan Decoction could obviously enhance the total number of T-cells,percentage of L 3T + 4,Lyt-2 + and revise the turbulence of T-lymphocyte subset.It could also evidently promote the activity of IL-2.Conclusion:The Immunoregulating mechanism of Lingguizhugan Decoction in immunodepression mice were related with promoting the function of helper T-cell(T\-H) and activity of IL-2.
