摘要 目的优选苓桂术甘汤的水提取工艺。方法采用正交试验,考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对苓桂术甘汤中肉桂酸含量及干膏得率的影响。结果优选出的最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量的水,提取2次,每次1h。结论该提取工艺由于稳定、合理、可行,可用于苓桂术甘汤中有效成分的提取。 Objective To optimize the extraction technology for Linggui Zhugan Decoction,a famous classical Recipe in Treatise on Febrile Diseases composed of Poria cocos,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.Methods An orthogonal test was employed to observe the influences of the amount of water,extracting time,and extracting times on the contents of cinnamic acid,and the yield of dry extracts of Linggui Zhugan Decoction.Results The optimized extracting process was as follows:Adding 10 times of water,extracting for 2 times,and extracting for 1 h per time.Conclusion The optimized process can be used for extracting active components from Linggui Zhuigan Decoction because of its being stable,reasonable,and feasible.
