摘要
目的 :探讨苓桂术甘汤对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :近交系昆明种小鼠以环磷酰胺(Cy 80mg kg ,ip ,qd× 1)诱导免疫功能低下小鼠模型 ,用苓桂术甘汤 (42 90、2 1 4 5、4 2 9g kg)连续灌胃给药 7d ,采用碳粒廓清法、溶血素测定法和 2 ,4 二硝基氯苯诱导DTH反应法检测有关免疫指标。结果 :苓桂术甘汤能明显增加Cy所致免疫功能低下模型小鼠碳粒廓清指数、提高吞噬活性 ,促进血清抗体生成和增加DTH反应小鼠的耳肿胀度。结论
Objective:Study the effects of Lingguizhugan decoction on immunological function in immunosuppressed mice.Methods:The immunosuppressed mice were induced by cyclophosphamide (Cy,80mg/kg,ip,qd×1).Lingguizhugan Decoction (4.29,21.45,42.90g/kg,ig,qd×7)were administrated for immunosuppressed mice.carbon powder clearance rate,serum hemolysin level and delayed type cutaneous hypersensitivity (DTH) reaction were measured.Results:Lingguizhugan Decoction could obviously increased carbon powder clearance rate and phagocyte activity,promote the production of serum hemolysin antibody and raise the swell degrees of ears response to DTH reaction in immunosuppressed mice induced by Cy.Conclusion:Lingguizhugan Decoction (21.45,42.90g/kg) could clearly promote the immunological function in immunosuppressed mice.
