摘要
从桃果实采后呼吸生理、乙烯生理及桃果实贮藏期间各组分的变化等方面综述了桃采后生理研究进展现状,为进一步研究桃贮藏保鲜技术提供理论参考。
The research on peach postharvest and storage physiological in recent years,including respiratory intense,ethylene,enzymes physiological are reviewed in this paper.
