摘要
‘大久保’桃果实采后经 0 .1g·L- 1水杨酸 (SA)处理 ,在室温贮藏期间呼吸速率和过氧化物酶 (POD)活性明显受到抑制 ,乙烯释放高峰推迟但峰高不变 ,电解质渗出率 5~ 7d后显著低于对照 ,多酚氧化酶 (PPO)活性在处理后的第 2天显著下降 ,随后增加 。
Harvested peach ( Prunus persica L.)fruits of cv.Okuba were immersed in 0.10g·L -1 salicylic acid(SA)solution.During room temperatures storage,the respiration rates and the activities of peroxidase(POD)of SA fruits were inhibited,the peak of ethylene production was delayed,and the electrolyte leakage was lowered after 5-7 days.The activities of polyphenoloxidase(PPO)of SA fruit decreased at 2nd day and increased in later days during storage.
