摘要
目的:观察芦荟多糖(AP)抑制肿瘤血管生成的作用,并检测其量效关系。方法:采用MTT法测定AP对人微血管内皮细胞(HMEC-1)增殖的影响;同时以鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)为模型观察AP在体内组织器官水平对肿瘤血管生成的影响。结果:实验组不同浓度的AP对HMEC-1细胞生长均有抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),且抑制作用随药物浓度递增而提高;实验组中51.25、102.41mg/100mL剂量对CAM血管形成均呈现较强的抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:AP对HMEC-1细胞生长及CAM血管形成有抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-angiogenesis effect of AP and detect dose-effect relationship. Methods: The in- hibitory effect of AP on HMEC-1 cells was tested by MTI' method. The anti-angiogensis effect in vivo was tested by the method of CAM. Results: AP had inhibition growth effect on HMEC-1 cells with different level(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01); the exper- imentmal groups at concentration of 51.25 mg/100 mL and 102.41 mg/mL could inhibit the angiogenesis of CHM obviously(P〈 0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclution: AP can provide inhibition on HMEC-1 cells and the angiogenesis of CAM.
