摘要
光电度盘测微器是子午环的重要组成部分之一,根据设计原则,要求整个系统的重复精度优于0.05。即要求测定刻线位置精度优于0.05μm,因此它是高精度的测量装置。介绍此装置的数据采集及归算软件。经一年来的仪器运转证明,此方案是有效的,已达到原设计要求。
The photoelectric circle micrometers are important parts of the Meridian Circle. According to the principle of design, the repeatabilities of the whole system are requird to be better than 0'.05. Therefore, the circle micrometers are precise devices. The software for data acquisition and reduction and the problem related to the illumination of the glass circle are discussed in this paper. According to the measurement with the photoelectric circle micrometers, the systematical accuracy of the circle micrometers is about 0'.04.
