摘要 介绍正在研制中的GMC度盘测微器的控制。由精密步进电机直接驱动测微器的精密丝杆,按预定程序使得测微器狭缝对度盘刻线的像进行扫描,其结果由光子计数系统采集送往计算机。本系统与实物模型对接,取得了预期效果。 Meridian circle is a well known astrometric instrument which can determine right assensions and declinations of celestial abjects with good accuracy. This paper dealed with the principle of circle micrometers and control system that is being developed in Shaanxi Astronomical Observatory.Six micrometers are mounted at the ends of three diameters of the circle. The included angles are 72 degrees, 45 degrees and 63 degrees. This arrangement is better than equal distance ones in obtaining higher correction accuracy of circle divisions. Fine step motors directly connect to the screws without any gears. It will reduce the geometrical sizes of micrometers and eliminate transmission errors from gears. However, it sets strict demands for the electric control system. Small stepangle motors and high quality drive system are required for the micrometers. Using magnetic switch and optical limit switch, one can determine the zero position of the scan during each scanning. The scans of micrometers are controled by computer and program controls six micrometers to move synchronously. The photocounter system collects scanning data and transfers them to the computer.
