摘要
从度盘分划像位置的估计方法和测微器光机电等两个方面研究了测微器测定的重复精度,通过对测量残差的分析找出了影响重复性的几个主要因素,经过对测微器的重新调整与改进后,得到6只测微器重复精度的综合平均值为0.022。
Concerned with the estimating method of the image position of the division line and with the systlmatic errors resulted from the optics, mechanics and the electronics, the repeatabilities of the circle reading is studied. By means of analysing the residuals of the measurements, we find out some main problems which influence the reading repeatabilities. After the adjustments and improvements of the micrometers the mean value of the repeatabilities of 6 micrometers is obtained as 0'.022
