摘要 脉冲和由此导出的时间间隔测量是一项非常重要的测量技术,在天体测量、时频、电讯、电视、雷达等方面有着专门应用。实时示波器、波形记录仪、等效时间取样示波器和时间间隔计数器等一些仪器都获得了进展。本文在扼要叙述脉冲标准及脉冲测量分析的基础上介绍精密时间间隔测量及某些有关应用。考虑到为实现高精度(优于0.1ns)的脉冲传输和测量,必须对此作进一步的分析和研究。 The measurement of pulse and time interval is a very important technique. It is widely used in the fields of astrometry, time and frequency, telecommunications, television and radar. Some advances in real-time oscilloscopes, waveform recorders, equivalent time sampling oscilloscopes, and time interval counter have occurred. The measurement of precise time interval and some applicatiospecially the application to the transmission characteristics of the 100m underground cable between the clock room and the main observation room in Shanghai VLBI station are introduced following the brief description of pulse standard and measurement. In order to reach high precision of pulse transmission and measurement (0.1ns), the further analysis and research should be conducted carefully.
