摘要
目的 对标识由 2 0多种中草药成分组成的中药伟哥成药中 ,所含的西地那非成分及其来源进行了快速鉴定。方法 应用傅立叶变换红外光谱分析技术 (FTIR) ,测定了原药和西地那非柠檬酸盐标准品的红外光谱 ,并进行了红外光谱定性对比分析 ,对原药中提取物进行了红外光谱分析 ,对人工模拟配方进行了对比分析。结果 在中药伟哥成药所含的 2 0多种中草药中未发现西地那非成分。
Aim To identify Sildenafil and its origin in one patent Chinese medicine.Methods Traditional Chinese Viagra,composed of 20 species of Chinese herbal medicines were identified by Fourier Transformation Infrared Spectrum(FTIR).FTIR of the Chinese viagra and sildenafil citrate standard were measured and the spectrum difference has been compared.The alkaloid extracted from the original medicine was analyzed by FTIR.Results Any species did not contain sildenafil in the 20 species of Chinese herbal medicines.Conclusion The sildenafil in patent Chinese medicine is not from Chinese herbal medicine.
