摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱测定伟哥中有效成分西特那非 (sildenafil)含量的方法 ,方法快速、灵敏、准确 ,重复性好 ,平均回收率为100.4 % 。
A method for the determination of content of available composition sildenafil in Viagra tablet was established by reversed _ phase high performance liquid chromatography. The average recovery of the method is 100.4%(n=5) for sildenafil. This method is rapid, sensitive, accurate and repeatable. It was successfully applied to assay the amount of sildenafil in practical Viagra samples.
