摘要
当大连近海的海湾扇贝 (Argopectenirradians)养殖群体发生流行病时 ,从患病扇贝的血淋巴中分离出一个优势菌株 ,作纯培养 ;经肌肉注射感染 ,健康扇贝个体表现出与原发病相同症状 ,证明该菌株是病原菌 .经形态、生理、生化测定 ,鉴定该种细菌为哈氏弧菌 (Vibrioharveyi) .不同温度下注射不同密度细菌的感染试验证明 ,哈氏弧菌的致病性与感染强度及温度有密切关系 .海区细菌数和弧菌数监测结果表明 ,扇贝养殖区的细菌数和弧菌数高于养殖区外 ,8~ 9月的细菌数和弧菌数高于其余月份 .图 3表 4参 2
A bacterial strain was isolated from the haemolymph in the diseased bay scallops among the stock cultured in the sea area off Dalian,Liaoning province,when epizootics occurred there. The health scallops challenged with the purified bacterial isolate by intramuscular injection, and the same symptom as original appeared, which demonstrated that the bacterium isolate was a pathogen. Morphological, physiological and biochemical tests were carried out, and the bacterial species was identified as Vibrio harveyi. The vibrio fit higher temperature, rather wide range of salinity and pH value, and was sensitivity to norfloxacin,Ciprofloxacin and furazolidone. The scallops challenged with different concentrations of V. harveyi by injection at different temperatures, which demonstrated that pathogenicity of V. harveyi was correlation with the affecting density and temperature.The results of bacteriological monitor in the sea showed that total bacterial count(TVC) and the presumptive vibrios (PVC) were higher in the farming area than in outer area, in Aug.~Sept. than others.
