摘要
大田选取 11份玉米自交系 ,在两个供磷水平下研究了玉米自交系籽粒产量基因型差异及吸收效率、利用效率与磷效率的相关关系 .试验结果表明 :在磷胁迫的条件下 ,不同玉米自交系不仅产量存在较大的差异 ,而且对磷的响应度也不相同 .产量最高的基因型中宗 2号为最低的忻 90 0 5的 5 .15倍 ,将这些品种在二磷水平下以产量进行磷效率双向划分可以分为 4种类型 :双高效型 (太 4 11、KH12 、5 8、中宗 2号 ) ;高磷高效型 (187) ;低磷高效型 (冀 2 5 7) ;双低效型 (4 78、冀 35、XL12 、忻 90 0 5、H2 1) .成熟期吸收、利用效率与磷效率的关系表明 ,在同一供磷条件下 ,11份自交系吸收、利用效率均有显著的差异 .在两个供磷水平下 ,吸收效率与磷效率存在显著的正相关关系 ,而利用效率仅在高磷条件下与磷效率存在正相关性 .表明在低磷水平下 ,成熟期磷效率主要由吸收效率决定 ,在高磷水平下 ,磷效率是吸收效率和利用效率共同作用的结果 .图 2表 1参
Under field condition, 11 maize inbred lines were selected to evaluate the genotypic difference of phosphorus efficiency and its correlation with uptake and utilization efficiency at two P fertilizer levels. The results showed that there were significant differences in grain yield among these lines, and the responsibilities to P fertilizer were different. Among these varieties, the highest yield of Zhongzong 2 was 4.15 times higher than the lowest one, Xin 9005. Based on grain yield at two P levels, these lines could be divided into four groups in phosphorus efficiency: double P efficient varieties (Tai411,KH 12,58 and Zhongzong 2),P efficient ones at high P (187), P efficient ones at low P (Ji257) and double P inefficient ones(478,Ji35,XL 12,Xin9005 and H 21). These indicated that the significant differences in uptake and utilization efficiency existed among these cultivars at the same P application level in maturity. Phosphorus uptake efficiency was correlated positively with phosphorus efficiency at both P levels, while P utilization efficiency was only correlated positively with P efficiency at high P. Therefore, P uptake efficiency was the main contributor to P efficiency at low P condition, while P efficiency was mainly decided by utilization efficiency at high P fertilizer level.
