水稻耐低磷种质的筛选与鉴定 被引量:53

Screening and Identification for Tolerance to Low-phosphorus Stress of Rice Germplasm (Oryza sativa L.)

摘要 本研究对 2 81份不同的水稻 (OryzasativaL )品种 (品系 )进行了耐低磷筛选和鉴定。在大田种植条件下 ,通过水稻部分性状耐低磷系数 (-P +P)的变异范围、平均值以及它们间的相关性分析 ,认为相对籽粒产量、相对成熟期的地上部生物重、相对植株分蘖期的分蘖数是较好的耐低磷筛选和评价的指标。并提出以偏低含磷量大田初筛及在严格控制含磷量的盆栽复筛进行耐低磷种质资源筛选和鉴定的方法。结果表明 ,农林 12、IRAT10 9、寒九和IR2 0 4个品种和 0 2 4 2 8 秦爱、0 2 4 2 8 幸实和滇三型 7888 3A 0 2 4 2 83份自选稳定品系为较好的耐低磷材料 ;越富、N2 2、Aws170等 3个品种和CPS 秦爱、0 2 4 2 8 Nebennet等 2份自选稳定品系为磷敏感材料。研究发现 ,不同来源或类型的品种在耐低磷能力上表现出了广泛的差异 ,来源于非洲IRAT及ITA系列的耐低磷品种比例较高 ,旱稻品种表现出了较好的耐低磷特性。磷敏感品种(品系 )与耐低磷品种 (品系 )相比 ,在低磷条件下分蘖力减弱、植株矮小、穗发育迟缓 ,导致其产量下降。 rice cultivars (lines) were screened and identified for tolerance to low-phosphorus. The average, variation range and coefficient of variation (CV) for coefficient of tolerance to low-phosphorus in yield, biomass, plant height, tiller number, seed-setting ratio, 1 000-grain weight and panicle per plant were evaluated. Based on those values and their correlation analysis, relative tiller numbers during tiller stage, relative biomass (yield) and relative grain yield at mature stage were used as indexes for screening and identifying rice genotypes for tolerance to low-phosphorus. The screening method with two steps was proposed, in which the first step was in rice field with slight lower phosphorus content and the second step was in pot culture with well-controlled lower phosphorus content. Among the materials tested Nonglin12, IRAT 109, Hanjiu, IR20, Diansanxing7888-3A/02428, 02428/Qinai and 02428/Xingshi were identified as the typical genotypes with tolerance to low-phosphorus, and Yuefu, N22, AWS170, CPS/Qinai and 02428/Nebennet as the typical sensitive ones to low-phosphorus. The results also indicated the materials from different regions or different ecotypes in the world had various ability of tolerance to low- phosphorus stress. More of IRAT and ITA serial cultivars from Africa and upland rice cultivars are tolerant to low-phosphorus. Materials sensitive to low-phosphorus stress showed lower tillering ability, dwarf plant, delayed tasseling development and low yield compared to those tolerant to low-phosphorus under phosphorus deficiency.
