摘要
乳状液是一种热力学不稳定体系,其稳定性对实际应用和研究有重要的影响.本文从界面张力、界面膜、温度和沉降等方面介绍了影响乳状液稳定性的因素,另外还介绍了表达乳状液稳定性的方法.
Emulsion was a unsteady system in thermodynamics,its stability had a great effect on the virtual appliance and study for the emulsion.In this paper the factors affecting the stability of emulsion were given from interfacial strain,interfacial film,temperature,sedimentation and so on,and the meth- ods expressing the stability of emulsion were introduced.
