摘要
通过大量的筛选 ,获得了产壳聚糖酶较好的菌株 Y2 、Y4 、Y8。其发酵液所产壳聚糖酶的酶活力分别为 2 .0 U/m l,2 .1U/ml,2 .2 U/ml。
Chitosanase-producing strains,named Y_2,Y_4,Y_8,were obtained by largely screening.Theire enzyme activities of chitosanase got by fermentation were 2.0 U/ml,2.1 U/ml,2.2 U/ml respectively.
