耐万古霉素微生物筛选模型

Screening Model of Microorganisms Resisting Vancomycin

摘要 为获得耐万古霉素的肠球菌和金葡球菌 ,利用紫外线对 Enterococcus faecalis 4 5 8和 Staphylococcus aureus9918进行诱变 ,确定在不同处理中以紫外线照射 30 s为最佳。最后获得对万古霉素中敏的 E.faecalis 4 5 8V2 0和S.aureus 9918V16 ,药物敏感性试验表明前者对青霉素 G钾和红霉素耐药 ,而后者对青霉素 G钾、红霉素、苯唑青霉素钠和氨苄青霉素钠耐药。两者对万古霉素的耐药性在无药培养基上传 10代后略微下降。 To obtain vancomycin-resistant Enterococci and Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis 458 and Staphylococcus aureus 9918 were mutagenized by the treatment of ultraviolet radiation and the most suitable time for the treatment was 30 s. Two vancomycin intermediate resistant strains were selected and assigned as E.faecalis 458 V20 and S.aureus 9918 V16, respectively. The tests of susceptibilities of two strains to some antimicrobial agents had been carried out and the results indicated that E.faecalis 458 V20 was resistant to benzylpenicillin and erythromycin while S.aureus 9918 V16 was resistant to not only benzylpenicillin and erythromycin, but also sodium oxacillin and ampicillin. After ten generations of transfer on drug-free plate, the resistance of both mutants to vancomycin decreased slightly.
