摘要
测定了使尔通片剂在健康人体内的药代动力学参数,并与普通片剂的相应参数进行比较,证明前者tmax提前,cmax增高,且相对生物利用度提高到75%;动物药效学试验证明前者给药量低于后者60%,便可显示相同的利尿作用。
Shiertong tablet was prepared from spironolactone through β-cyclodextrin inclusion technique.The pharmacokinetic parameters of Shiertong tablets for the healthy volunteers were determined.The pharmacokinetic parameters of Shiertong tablets were compared with that of spironolactone tablets the result demonstrated that Tmax and Cmax of the former were increased.and the relative bioavailability was enhanced to 7 5%. The animal pharmacodynamics showed that, the single dosage of Shiertong tablet was 60%lower than that of spironolactone tablet,and the two tablets have same diurtic action.
