摘要
目的:观察正常垂体柄位置的变化。方法:采用美国GE公司生产的SIGNA1.5T超导磁共振成像系统,于T1W冠状位观察591例正常垂体柄位置的变化。结果:正常情况下,垂体柄以居中为多(75.92％),其次是左偏(15.74％)和右偏(8.29％)。男女之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但左偏明显多于右偏,差异有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:正常垂体柄以居中为多,其次是左偏和右偏。
Objective:To investigate the place of nonnal pituitary stalk.Methods:The pituitary stalk was observed by 1 .ST magnetic resonance imaging.The T1 Winages were obtained in coronal planes. Results:75.92 per cent of pituitary stalk was in the middle, 15.74 per cent in the left and 8.29 per cent in the right.There was no significant statistic in male and female( P > 0.05) .Conclusion: Pituitary stalk is in the middle in most cases and in the remainder it is in the left more than in the right.
