摘要 目的 :研究空蝶鞍与年龄的变化关系。方法 :采用美国GE公司生产的 1.5T超导磁共振成像系统 ,于T1WI正中矢状位和冠状位观察 2 5 5 7例垂体腺变化情况。结果 :男性空蝶鞍的平均发生率为 7.3% ,女性为 13.36 %。女性空蝶鞍的发生率高于男性 ,有统计学差异。结论 :男、女空蝶鞍的发生率在 40岁以后随年龄的增加而明显增加 。 Objective:To study on the relationship between empty sella and age.Methods:2557 cases of pituitary glands were studied by 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging. The T 1WI images were obtained in sagittal and coronary planes.Results:The average rate of empty sella was 7.3 per cent in male and 13.36 per cent in female. The female had a higher rate of empty sella than the male one. There was a statistics significant difference.Conclusion:The rate of empty sella was to increase after 40 years old in both female and male, but it was obviously in female.
