摘要
在炼钢厂连铸机结晶器振动装置上采用以工业计算机控制的电液伺服振动 ,能方便地选择合适的振动参数 ,以控制结晶器的振动规律 ,实现非正弦振动 ,提高了铸坯表面质量。
On the mold oscillation device of the continuecasting machine in the steelmaking factory, the servo electhydraulic oscillation controlled by industrial computer is used,it is expediently to chose the appropriate parameter to control the oscillating rule of the mold equipment, and it can achieve nonsinusoidal oscillation,the surface quality of the slab was increased obviously.
