摘要
介绍了攀钢1350板坯连铸机本体液压控制系统的组成及控制设计。系统采用N-90分布式控制系统,对连铸机本体液压站的电气逻辑和过程变量进行控制。对于本体液压,主要是控制P0压、PⅠ压和PⅡ压,着重阐述了铸坯需要的工艺压力PⅡ压的调节。液压控制系统自投运以来,系统性能稳定,安全可靠,调节迅速,压力误差在±0.2MPa内,保证了连铸机连续正常运转。由于液压控制系统的独特性,该系统具有一定的参考价值。
The Pangang 1*!350 mm slab caster of noumenon hydraulic pressure composition and control of control system design are introduced.Noumenon hydraulic pressure is to control P0, PⅠ and PⅡ pigeonhle and the PⅡ pigeonhole, that needed mainly is explained emphatically. Control of electric logic and course in hydraulic pressure stand adopts distributed N90 system, there are various kinds of functions in all systematic mould, so it reaches scene control by the suitable function code. Since hydraulic pressure control system was put into operation,systematic function is steady, safe and reliable, regulation is rapid, the pressure error has been guaranteed in ±0\^2 MPa so that the casting machine runs well in succession. Because of uniqueness,this system has certain reference value.
