摘要
利用SIMULINK模块,对所建立的结晶器振动的数学模型进行了动态特性分析,通过构造给系统输入非正弦函数,得到不同的响应曲线,通过改变参数,使系统具有了很好的响应速度。在ADAMS里建立了简化后的实体模型和液压系统的模型,以分段函数控制伺服阀开度的大小来给系统以输入,进行了联合仿真,满足了结晶器非正弦振动和振动频率的要求。
With the SIMULINK module, analyze the dynamic characteristic of the crystallizer oscillation mathematics model. By constructing method, input this system non - SIN function and obtains different respond curve. Additionally by changing the parameters, this system has a good respond speed. Then establishes the concise model in connection with its hydraulicsystem. Mter inputting the servo with subsection function, the hatch of the servo can be controlled. United simulation shows what do satisfies the non - SIN Oscillation and frequency demand of the crystallizer.
