摘要
应用喂线技术对球铁铁液进行喂线处理 ,为了达到最佳处理效果 ,对喂线速度、喂线长度、铁液处理温度、处理包尺寸要求、包芯线品质、导管形状和预补硅等相关问题作了阐述。
We make use of injection feeding technology to treat the molten nodular iron. Owing to the best effect, we pay attention to relative tips, which include feeding speed and length, iron melt temperature, dimensions of ladle, quality of cored wire, shape of conductor pipe and adding Si beforehand.
