摘要
介绍了国内外合金铸铁凸轮轴的铸造工艺及凸轮耐磨性能的强化工艺现状。指出在大批量生产条件下，铁型覆砂铸造或壳型填铁丸铸造生产合金铸铁凸轮轴，并对凸轮进行耐磨性能强化处理是一种具有良好前景的工艺方法。
The present status of casting technology of alloy cast-iron camshaft and
strengthening technology of cam at home and abroad is introduced.This paper points out that
under the condition of a large amount production metal resin-coated sand casting or shell-mold
casting followed by strengthening of wear resistance of cam is a technology with good future in the
production of alloy cast-iron camshaft.
