摘要
介绍了铸钢钢液喂线处理的基本目的、喂线处理的实际效果、喂线处理用合金种类及喂线处理工艺参数等 ,指出对铸钢钢液进行喂线处理可以有效降低钢中硫、氧含量 ,降低钢中非金属夹杂物总量 ,改变残留非金属夹杂物形态 ,并提高处理合金的收得率等。
Basic proposes and factual effects of cored wire feeding process for cast steel melt, technical parameters and variety of alloys used in the process were introduced . It is pointed that cored wire feeding process can lower the content of sulfur and oxygen in the melt, reduce the amount and change the conformation of inclusion remained in the steel, and increase the absorbing proportion of processing alloys. Cored wire feeding process is a good way for improving the inherence quality of the cast steel.
