摘要
阐述了重庆天然气净化总厂引进分厂硫磺回收装置改造为克劳斯非常规分流法制硫的具体过程 ,并从工艺操作、硫收率及硫磺质量等方面作了简要总结 。
The detailed process of the first commercial application of unconventional Claus split - flow method in sulfur recovery unit of Yinjin Branch Plant of Chongqing General Natural Gas Purification Plant was reviewed. From the process operation, sulfur recovery rate and sulfur quality, the successful application of unconventional Claus bypass method were summarized.
