摘要
原料天然气中硫化氢含量的增加,会导致甘醇富液和再生尾气中酸性成分增加,脱水装置尾气中污染物排放量增大。本文通过对具体脱水站的物料衡算和工艺分析,提出相应的尾气达标排放措施。分析研究表明:天然气中硫化氢含量超过1%(φ),处理量高于80×104m3/d时,三甘醇脱水装置宜改用气提工艺流程。
With the increase of H2S content in raw natural gas,the sour ingredients in rich TEG solution and regeneration tail gas will increase,which will result in theincrease of tail gas pollutant emission of TEG dehydration unit. According to the material balance calculation and process analysis,the corresponding measures for tail gas e-mission standard.are proposed. The analysis results indicate that it is better to adopt the gas stripping process if the H2S content of natural gas exceeds 1%.
