摘要
本文综合分析了克劳斯装置尾气处理技术近年来的发展动向后指出:①把硫磺回收和尾气处理结合一体的方法(如MCRC工艺和超级克劳斯法)是当前发展的主流;②只有在装置规模很大时才考虑用斯科特法之类投资和操作成本均较高的方法;③对规模很小的装置尾气的灼烧处理仍是有效的方法。
Through comprehensively analysing the development trend of Claus tail gas disposal technique in recent years, this article recognizes that the methods of combining sulfur recovery with tail gas disposa such as MCRC process and super Claus method are the main development trend at present; only while the device scale is very great, can the methods of which investment and operating cost are expensive such as SCOT etc. be used. Burning tail gas is still an effective method for small scale device.
