The history of nanoelectronic technology is briefly introduced,and the military application of nanoelectronic and MEMS is illustrated in details.The up-to-date progress in research and the state of development of our nation and several important countries were also presented.At the end,the strategic signification of nanotechnology to the future electronic and information warfare is emphasized.
