摘要
从几丁质酶的分布、作用、特性、分类、分子生物学及其应用等方面对几丁质酶的研究状况做了综述.认为几丁质酶在植物、动物、微生物中都有十分广阔的应用前景.
In this paper, we reviewed advances in research of basal theory and application of chitinase from following aspects: distribution, function, characterization, classification, molecule, application ect. Then the application prospect of chitinase in plant, animal, microorganism was discussed.
