摘要
本文阐述了ZH1110型柴油机机体有限元模型的建立、激励力的计算、约束条件的选取方法 ,计算了ZH1110型柴油机机体在静载荷作用下的应力分布。通过对计算结果分析 ,提出了对ZH1110型柴油机机体改进意见。
In this paper, we have described the approaches of the construction of Finite Element Model(FEM), the calculation of excitation powers, the choice of restricting and boundary conditions. Based on the FEM model, the stress distribution of ZH1110 diesel engine block is calculated. By analyzing the FEM calculation results, some improvement suggestions on this engine block are indicated.
