摘要
利用有限元技术,建立了内燃机机体模态分析及辐射噪声计算模型;并经过理论计算得到了机体的模态参数及表面噪声分布图。而且对机体进行了试验模态分析及表面声强测试。对比理论分析值与实测值表明,两者较一致,说明该计算方法符合实际,可用作低噪声机体设计。
In this paper a finite element model for engine block dynamic character analysis and radiate noise calculation is establisted. And then the dynamic character and the radiate noise are analysed theoretically with this model. The parameters of the engine block model and the noise distribution of its surface are obtained.The measured surface sound intensity of engine shows quite consistency with the analytical result obtainable with the engine block model. This means that the recommended theoretical method is effective, and the paper offers a better method for low noise engine block design.
