摘要 目前单体式气缸盖在大功率柴油机中得到广泛使用,我国在这方面的研究还不多,为此,为了给柴油机单体式气缸盖的设计提供数据参考,本文利用有限元法,对国外某柴油机单体式气缸盖在机械负荷及热固耦合下进行强度分析,得到在不同工况下的应力分布规律。 Today individual diesel cylinder-head is widely usedin large power diesel engine, only a few subjects on it are performed in China.Based on the finite element method, this paper analyzed the machinery strength of the individual cylinder-head indifferent status and got the stress distributing spectrum in the cylinder-head in the thermal-mechanical coupling.
