敌百虫对虾池生物的毒性 被引量:18

摘要 研究了敌百虫对青岛大扁藻、三角褐指藻、球等鞭金藻和海洋原甲藻等4种海洋微藻及天津厚蟹、脊尾白虾和克氏纺锤水蚤等3种野生甲壳类 ,以及中国对虾、缢蛏和台湾红罗非鱼等3种养殖生物的毒性。研究结果表明 :敌百虫在低浓度下对海洋微藻的生长没有明显影响 ,在一定浓度范围内甚至有促进作用 ,但超过一定浓度范围能完全抑制海洋微藻的生长。各种海洋微藻对敌百虫的敏感性不同。对3种野生甲壳类的半致死浓度分别为 :天津厚蟹LTD50(96h)为1.25×10-6;脊尾白虾LTD50(12h)为0.05×10-6;克氏纺锤水蚤LTD50 (48h)为0.063×10-6。敌百虫对3种养殖生物的半致死浓度分别为 :中国对虾LTD50(48h)为0.060×10-6;缢蛏LTD50(72h)为18.79×10-6;台湾红罗非鱼LTD50(72h)为36.35×10-6。文中还对敌百虫作为对虾病毒病预防药物的价值进行了探讨。 Toxicity of dipterex on4species of marine microalgaes:Platymonas helgolandica,Phaeodactylum tricornutumn,Isochysis galbana and Prorocentrum micans,3species of marine crustaceans:Helicana fridens,Exopalaemon gravieri and Acartia clausi and3species of aquacultural animals:Chinese penaeid shrimp(Penaeus chinensis),tagelus(Sinonovacula constricta)and Taiwan red tilapia(Oreochromin mosambicus×O.niloticus)was studied in1999and2000.It was found that dipterex at low concentration has no distinct effect on the growth of marine microalgaes.In acertain range of low con-centration it occurs several days later and it stimulates the marine microalgaes to growto a higher density of cells than that under the control.High concentration of dipterex can restrain the growth of marine microalgaes.The concentrations of dipterex to kill50%of experimental animals are:LTD 50 (H.fridens96h),1.25×10 -6 ;LTD 50 (E.gravieri12h),0.05×10 -6 ;LTD 50 (A.clausi48h),0.063×10 -6 ;LTD 50 (P.chinensis48h),0.060×10 -6 ;LTD 50 (S.constricta72h),18.79×10 -6 ;LTD 50 (O.mosambicus×O.niloticus72h),36.35×10 -6 .The usage of dipterex as a chemical for preventing shrimp virus diseases was discussed.
