摘要
针对沿海盐田低位池塘的对虾养殖暴发性病毒病问题,迄今未解决而陷入困境的现状,作者利用中国海洋大学关于“对虾白斑综合征病毒病围栏封闭预防技术”成果,并综合利用了加强水质管理、优化池塘生态条件及合理投喂等防病和丰产技术,在规格0.33hm2/口、平均水深1.5m的14口池塘,4.67hm2总水面,进行了凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeusvannamei)健康养殖的试验。经过100余天的养殖,获得了满意的结果对虾平均体长9.1~12.6cm,平均成活率73.0%,平均产量7005kg/hm2,防病成功率88.0%。
Facing current unresolved problem of explosive viral epidemic diseases,the authors applied a newfencing technique for preventing prawn from white spot syndrome virus”.In the appl ication,water quality control,optimal ecoˉlogical conditions in the ponds and feeds were disscussed.An experiment of culture of Litopenaeus vannamei was carr ied out in14ponds,1.5m deep in average,0.33hm 2 per pond and4.67hm 2 in total. The100-day long culture yielded satisfactory results:the average yield was7005.0 kg/hm 2 ,with average survival rate of73.0%.The shrimp produced was averaged9.1 ~12.6cm in body length,and the overall success rate of disease preventing was88.0%.
