摘要
在水温28℃的条件下,不限量投喂颗粒饵料,测定了台湾红罗非鱼(体重22.42~26.93g)在淡水和盐度为7、14、21、28和35%时的能量收支。结果表明:盐度对台湾红罗非鱼的特定生长率、转化效率和最大摄食率均有显著影响,盐度为14‰时,特定生长率和转化效率均达到最高水平,分别为1.43%和51.88%,此时,摄食率也达到最大,每天为体重的2.74%,盐度对吸收效率无显著影响,对干物质、蛋白质和能量的吸收效率的平均值分别为62.98%、88.42%和71.14%。盐度对同化效率无显著影响,平均值为64.31%;不同盐度下生长能占同化能的比例有显著差异,盐度为35‰时生长能占同化能的比例最高为37.05%,而盐度为21‰时最低,为20.17%。
Studies of the energy budget of the Taiwan Residents red tilapia hybrid ( Oreochromis niloticus×O. mossambicus ) (weighed 22.46~26.93g) were conducted on at different salinity levels:7,14,21,28 and 35 ‰ kept at 28℃ in fresh water. The experimental result showed that SGR , conversion efficiency and food consumption were affected by salinity significantly. The maximum SGR ( wet weight) , the food consumption rate and assimilation rate were 1.43% B. W./d., 2. 74% B. W. /d. and 51. 88% respectively when the salinity was 14‰. Salinity had no significant effects on the absorption efficiency. The mean absorption efficiency of dry staff, protein and energy were 62. 98%, 88. 42% and 71. 14% respectively. The energy allocation was affected by salinity by the way of food consumption and metabolism. The assimilation rate was not obviously affected by salinity, the mean of which was 64.31%; the propotion of growth energy to the assimilation energy was significantly different at different salinity levels. The maximum propotion was 37.05% when salinity was 35‰ while the minimum propotion was 20.17% when salinity was 21‰.
