摘要
目的 建立降脂颗粒Ⅰ中姜黄素的含量测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法。Spherigel-C1 8柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (70∶30 ) ,流速 1 0ml·min- 1 ,柱温 2 5℃ ,检测波长 4 2 0nm。结果 本法可将姜黄素与其他干扰成分成功分离 ,平均回收率为97 74 % ,分析方法精密度良好 ,RSD =1 38% (n =6 )。结论 该法重复性好 ,结果准确 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method of curcumin in Jiangzhi granule Ⅰ.METHODS HPLC was adopted with Spherigel-C 18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water(70∶30).The detective wavelength was 420 nm.RESULTS Curcumin in samples was well separated.The average recovery was 97.74% and RSD was 1.38%( n =6).CONCLUSION This method can be used for quality control of Jiangzhi granuleⅠ.
