摘要
目的 探讨柞蚕抗菌肽体内抗瘤效果。方法 建立荷人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2的裸鼠模型 ,通过腹腔注射和局部注射两种途径进行治疗干预实验。用药后第 10天取血计数白细胞 ,称量肿瘤大小 ,取肿瘤组织、心脏、肝脏、肾脏作常规病理观察。结果 治疗组与对照组比较肿瘤明显缩小有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,抗菌肽局部处理组癌瘤大面积出血坏死 ,较多炎细胞浸润 ,裸鼠心脏、肝脏、肾脏未见明显病变 ,外周血白细胞无明显下降。结论 提示柞蚕抗菌肽具有较明显的抗裸鼠移植性人鼻咽癌CNE2的作用 ,并且无明显毒副作用。
Objective To study the antitumor activity of antheraea pernyi cecropin in vivo. Methods nude mice bearing human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2 was established to conduct interference treatment. Cecropin were injected intraperitoneally and intra-tumorally. On 10th day, numeration of leucocyte in peripheral blood were recorded and tumors were weighed precisely. The tumors, hearts, livers, kidneys were studied by pathological examination. Results The treatment groups showed marked difference from the control group (P<0.01). Large areas of necrosis and hemorrhage associated with more leukocytes infiltration could be seen in the tumor section of cecropin injected intra-tumorally. The hearts, the livers, the kidneys of the CNE2-bearing mice treated with cecropin had no any abnormalities under light microscopy. Numeration of leucocytes in peripheral blood had no any difference between control group and cecropin groups. Conclusion Antheraea pernyi cecropin has a definite ability of surpressing CNE2 beared by mice without any obvious poison and ill-effect.
