摘要
目的 :探讨柞蚕抗菌肽对癌细胞骨架的破坏作用。方法 :用柞蚕抗菌肽对人鼻咽癌细胞CNE2处理 12和 18h ,抗微管蛋白单克隆抗体检测细胞骨架结构的变化。结果 :免疫组织化学染色见抗菌肽处理后细胞骨架分布不均匀 ,形态不规则 ,散乱 ,卷缩。结论 :柞蚕抗菌肽具有较明显的破坏人鼻咽癌细胞株CNE2细胞骨架的作用。
Objective: To explore the destructive effect of cecropin on cytoskeleton of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE 2. Methods: CNE 2 cells of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated by cecropin for 12 and 18 hours, and the changes of cytoskeleton were detected by anti tubulin monoclonal antibody. Results: Cytoskeletons distributed unevenly, their morphology was irregular, dishevelled and shrunk after being treated with immunohistochemistry staining. Conclusion: Cecropin has more significant destructive effects on cytoskeleton of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE 2.
