杏仁核内微量注射谷氨酸钠及利多卡因对膈神经放电的影响

摘要 观察了氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉的23只健康家兔杏仁中央核(ACE)中心区微量注射谷氨酸钠(MSG)及利多卡因后对呼吸的影响。以膈神经放电为观测指标,结果是:1.ACE中心区微量注射细胞体兴奋剂MSG,吸气时程(Ti)延长,呼气时程(Te)缩短;2.微量注射利多卡因2min后,再于同一点注入等量MSG,则吸气延长效应明显减弱或消失;3.注射利多卡因,Ti缩短,Te延长,膈神经放电积分幅值(AMP)减小。提示ACE中心区在易化基本呼吸节律中可能起重要作用。 Experiments were performed on 23 urethan anesthetirzed rabbits of both sexes,vagatomized and spontaneously brething.The respiratory responses to microinjection of MSG and lidocainc into ACE were observed. The main results were as follows:1.microinjection of MEG into ACE produced significant inspiratory prolongation;2.focal block ACE neurons by microinjection of lidocaine in this region,then microinjection of MSG,the later respiratory effect was no longer appear.3.lidocaine itself caused the shorting of Ti,the prolongation of Te asscciated with the decreased in AMP.It is suggested that ACE region may take an important part in the mechanism of facilitating the basic respiratory rhythim.
